Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Extends Certification to Quad Chemical

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA –On February 3, 2003, the Women’s Business Enterprise
National Council (WBENC) certified Quad Chemical Corporation as a Women’s
Business Enterprise (WBE). WBE certification is granted to a firm that is 51
percent owned, operated and controlled by women.
WBENC is the nation’s leading advocate, and the largest third-party certifier of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America’s corporations.
